HERE IS A BREAKDOWN OF EVERYTHING YOU’LL GET IN LOOK AND FEEL GOOD IN YOUR 40’S, 50’S AND BEYOND PROGRAM!

WEEK 1    Diving into your daily routine.  Looking at each activity and going thru each thing you do on a daily basis.  Listing out priorities and focusing on what is important for each day.  Will be discovering what is a must do chore and what is a distraction. Intro to block scheduling.

 

WEEK 2    The importance of having 3 meals a day.  Going thru the significance of how to eat, what to eat, and when to eat.  Learning which foods are right for you and how to recognize how your body reacts to certain foods… some are low energy and some high energy.

 

WEEK 3    Reviewing the best exercise plan depending on your history of exercise and preference.  Any movement is good but it needs to target your goal… energy, toning, strength, etc. Complimenting your new eating habits with an exercise plan.

 

WEEK 4    Going thru your skin regimen and products being used to make sure they are right for your skin and age.  What is your style? What clothes do you feel most comfortable wearing and what do you want your style to say about you.

 

WEEK 5    Touching back to week 1and looking at the priorities and schedule established and making it different each day.  Discussing one thing you might want to do that you would normally not do.  The possibility of the unknown coming up… adding spontaneity to your day.

 

WEEK 6    Really looking at what you do as selfcare…manicures and massages are routine and a feel good for a short period of time but really getting into the selfcare of your mind, soul and the long term affect it can bring.
